All Physical Therapy evaluations and treatment sessions are one-hour and scheduled 1-on-1 with Dr. Ann Marie Tschanz, PT, DPT, MTC.  

1st session: $225 for a 90 minute Physical Therapy Evaluation and treatment 

$175 per Treatment Session

Discount offer: Enjoy $50 off prepayment for 5 treatment sessions 

Mobility PT is now accepting some insurances (Tricare Select).  Your standard PT co-pay would apply for each session.  

Even if we do not take your insurance currently, you can submit your invoice from Mobility Physical Therapy to your insurance carrier for reimbursement (check your out-of-network benefits).
